Ever since Halo Combat Evolved: Anniversary was announced I vowed to 100% it. Now, I’ve never actually 100%'d an Xbox 360 game before. So I thought wouldn’t it be cool if the first game I 100%'d was the game that got me into gaming? Something special to do.
Then this got me wondering, how is the Waypoint community going with Halo: CEA?
I’m 875G in. I still need the campaign completion achievements, The Library achievements and Tying Up Loose Ends. What about you?

I am currently 790 Gamerscore in to it, I have all the basic ones, the other ones, I am leaving for Christmas holidays so I have plenty of time to hit 1000GS.

By basic you mean the Level Completion, Game Completion and Level Specific achievements on Easy?

I’m not yet chasing the 100% on Halo CEA.
I tend to just play about with the game for awhile first, just to get a feel for it and usually unlock the achievements as i go, But this will most certainly be one i’ll be tryin to 100% for sure.

Pretty much haha, don’t forget I put the Bandana Skull on to make life a hell of a lot easier.
Some of these Achievements I will NEVER get if I don’t use some of the skulls.

Oh yes indeed, I could never have gotten the Grenadier achievement without infinite 'nades to help me. Infinite 'nades on Legendary is absolutely amazing combined with Grunt Funeral.

I am not going to dare touch Grunt Funeral on Legendary ones, that will cause me so much pain if one of my grenades sends a grunt flying into me.

That has happened to me a few times, but in the long run it’s worked out for the best. Just a warning:
Boom + Grunt Funeral = BAD

Never Tell Me the Odds
Look Out for the Little Guys
Tying Up Loose Ends
and that’s it. During my Legendary run, I finished with 59 and a half seconds left on the clock for “Never Tell Me the Odds”… Imagine my frustration when I realised I needed to have a minute left… :o

I had about 1:15 left on the clock for Never Tell Me the Odds, I guess I got lucky with the trench jump.
For Look Out for the Little Guys I got another controller and played on the Guest and let my profile hang back and do nothing. That way I got Look Out for The Little Guys and Leave It Where It Lay.

ive 100% one game. Avatar the burning earth. 5 achievements and they’re so easy to get it’s actually ridiculous. I literally got them in the first level in the first 2 minutes of the game. easiest 1000g ever.
I have currently 740G. I could get an easy 50G by picking up my last remaining skull on Two Betrayls. Yesterday I tried to combine it with trying to get the “Look Out For the Little Guys”, but that turned out to be more frustrating than I had tought (a Grunt died in an explosion of my grenade, let’s keep a moment of silence for that poor soul…).
