The armor spartan III’s wore? Then please add some feedback to mine;
Helmet:EVA
Chest: Stalker
Forearms: MK IV
Shoulders: CIO
Legs: Recruit Tiger
Visor: Stalker
Colors: Sage/Sage
I would go with more rounded shoulders like Soldier or Enforcer. I also think Strider is closer to the SPI helmet.

S.P.I. Armor is a full set of armor. -not- a body suit.
I’d switch the legs to Mark VI, and change the torso to Air Assault; it rounds the front of the torso a bit more, and doesn’t crowd the back like the Stalker chest plate.

Barrioth’s avatar image is the Spartan-III’s SPI armor.
I’d switch out the shoulders to Pathfinder and the arms to Inner Plated or Contoured. Asides from that, it looks quite a lot like SPI, nicely done!

Reason I say the MK IV forearms is because they look more plated then smooth, just like The Kerminater posted.

not sure what you were going for with your punctuation, but you come across as a bit of a -Yoink-.

If your talking about SPI from the books, then it really wasnt armor at all…

Not bad, though I think the chest and legs could be better. The SPI was rounder in those areas.
Why would you want SPI anyway? It’s only good for sneaking around but once discovered… If you get shot at it provides little to no defense… Spartan IIi’s dropped like flies when not wearing Mjolnir Armor. Hell, noble team even had Mjolnir… The freaking good stuff! And they are all dead… Why would you want cheaper stuff than they had?

Most of the S-IIs are dead too despite having “the good stuff”.
I would go for an entirely different set of SPI.
Mine looks like this
Helmet should be Rogue. The EVA helmet only is rounded on the front, but if you look at SPI helmets as displayed in Headhunters for instance, you’d notice the visor is a bit more angular in a way. And it seems to grow wider towards the base of the helmet. EVA really isn’t like SPI, never was either.
I personally find Pathfinder shoulderpieces to work best, in combination with Legendary visor of course. Smooth countoured arm and leg pieces and the chestpiece is Scout.
Then again, SPI is almost impossible to recreate in H4 compared to Reach. So I took more liberties on the bodyparts and made it resemble an updated, actually MJOLNIR equal version of SPI.

SPI was better than or at least equal to ODST armour in terms of protectiveness.

When was that? There was only a brief period of time when the IIs didn’t wear mjolnir, and not a single one of them died. In fact, at least 90% of the II’s survived for 27 years up until the fall of Reach when they were wiped out by overwhelming force and/ or by circumstances that couldn’t be helped at all (Li-008 and another Spartan II (Think it was Anton) were killed by stray plasma from a covenant ship during a slipspace environment they’d never encountered before).

Noble were horrendously outnumbered as well just like the IIs. Jorge and Carter sacrificed themselves to destroy a larger threat as any good Spartan would, Kat was killed by a chance sniper, Emile was killed by an Elite who snuck up on him and even then he managed to kill that very elite, Noble 6 was outnumbered and Jun just disappeared.
