How would you recruit for a clan?

I am trying to recruit for my clan. How would you do it? Also if you want to join my clan, Sparta Fishstick Tribe, it’s open. But please, I need tips.

So when I was in clans best advice I can give you is, be honest and transparent with the players you talk to, create a good environment people would want to join, message people after games, befriend people, in Halo 5 use the customs browser, and make youtube videos.
