Thought I’d put this out there: I was on NORMAL with a binary rifle, the knight put out his watcher but he didn’t have a shield up. I shot him in the face with the rifle, then the watcher put a shield up and it seemed to do no damage. That means the knight was literally invincible on Normal. I got mad and shot the watcher down with my 2nd shot, and reloaded. I try to snipe him again and the moment I pull the trigger, the game reads my imput and he warps behind me. He just warped faster than the speed of light (binary rifle fires light of course), wow. Doesn’t matter though, because I didn’t see where he went (I was scoped) and got a full plate of scattershot in my spine. I died.
Now I’m nearing the end of Legendary (solo) so it’s beatable and all but the Prometheans aren’t just cheap. Invincibility and imput reading is downright cheating.
And yet… the AI was so rock **** dumb a couple knights walked BACKWARDS into me on LEGENDARY. You can imagine I was happy as a rabbit to beat them down but it just shows how bad these enemies are. No brain no pain, I guess.
