put real maps into doubles…
Redo WZFF to be a bit more similar to original Firefight. Rounds are based on lives instead of time limits. Five lives per round. Lives will stack. Gets rid of increasing spawn timer and time limits. Changes AI to no longer be high damage bullet sponges.
#1 make an action sack playlist that features team and FFA game types…#2 get rid of antifreeze btb map. #3 get some developer made maps in btb. #4 separate btb into slayer and objective playlist. #5 make a warzone firefight that plays more like the beta so at least there is a choice of how difficult you want it. #6 make the party size for warzone firefight customizable so you can play it with how ever many players you want… even solo. #7 make three additional req packs for players that are cosmetics, vehicles and weapons so they can increase their odds on getting what they want from a pack. Not sure on a cost break down… #8 try a score attack match making playlist… #9 have a social rumble pit that allows parties and has mics on so you can trash talk… #10 add party up feature again… #11 in game file browser. #12 better and more user friendly theater, why can’t I record from H5 theater? I have to use another app called upload studio to record… even MCC let’s me record from the theater.
Add more maps along with some old playlist like multi-team and oddball, some classic halo 3 armor like rogue, cqb and E.O.D!
Add a classic playstyle community playlist so I can visit here without reading another yoinking post about sprint.
Btb slayer BTB objective should be 2 seperate playlists. Redo the spawns in btb. They are so bad.
Stop spawning enemies in a contested garage. (Second stupidest thing in this game)
Take spartan charge out of the game entirely (stupidest thing in this game) and forget it ever existed, form a lynch mob and find the individual responsible for said Spartan charge.
Oh. And action sack. We could really use some action sack.
SUPER FIESTA 
First and foremost I would have delayed the game until at the very least June 2016 (Warzone firefight update). I would probably also wait to release the gane until it had proper community features and a custom games browser. Then all of the free dlc would not have to be monthly since the game would have much more replayability and content. I would also have an art design closer to all the bungie stuff and a much better UI. I would also have a better campaign.
I would remove sprint, increase the base movement speed and shrink the maps down so that they can accommodate sprint free gameplay. I also would have an entirely different UI, the fact that I can’t see the gamertags of who I play with in the menu is wrong.
More variety with maps. I don’t want all of them to be so small.
Zero changes to gameplay except perhaps the removal of Spartan Charge.
Change the Armour/visors unlock system to level system (Unlocks base armour and a certification for its variant’s which are unlocked via REQ packs).
Link 50% of weapon skins and assassinations to commendations rest placed into REQ pool. Stances and majority of emblems remain in REQ pool.
All base loadout weapons automatically unlocked, variants placed into REQ pool.
All REQ weapons and vehicles remain in REQ pool.
Increase REQ point payout in arena to 750-1250 for losers, 1250-1750 for winners. Warzone payout 1750-2250 for losers, 2000-2500 for winners. (Variation depending on performance)
Arena RP boosts actually make a difference.
A poor performance but win in arena no longer ranks you up. Must do relatively well and win to rank up.
A excellent (and i mean excellent like 25/3 in slayer) performance but loss does not cause de-rank.
Also add Elites to Warzone and have Elite exclusive playlist in Arena. No Spartan vs Elites in Arena at all due to balance.
Elites have unique hitboxes and unique abilities from Spartans.
I would make sure players with terrible reps wouldn’t be able to link up with normal rep players and get a game. Make bad rep people play with other a-holes, especially in Arena. So tired of players on my own team killing me for my weapons or out of pure jealousy. I am so pretty after all.

Geoups of ai trying to take back the bases
If I sprint into a stationary vehicle occupied by friend or foe I don’t think a Spartan would die so why does that happen (biggest thing)
Arrows to tell me if people are above or below me in the mini map (not a must would be nice tho)

I’m not familiar with coding very well. So I wouldn’t be able to do anything, besides tell you guys what I would do, if I was experienced enough to change something.
- Add proper pre/post game lobbies.
- Remove hitscan and replace it with H3’s projectile system.
- For every “ranked” playlist add a social one that has limited Fireteam search sizes so as to prevent hardcore players from partying up too large to steamroll the social players in said playlists.
I really could say more, but I think Halo 5’s multiplayer needs these the most.

The point of this post is so you can say what you would do if you had the ability to improve Halo 5.
Reducing ideas used from strictly competitive players. A lot of people like halo for the shenanigans that can be had. Listening to the pros for every single thing that you do would be like CoD making matchmaking on to rust3.0 360quickscope knife throw matches forced upon everybody.
More fully unique Arena maps… and OG competitive gametypes.
We need a map that has the primary elements of Lockout and Guardian! A map with key landmarks/choke-points, Top-Mid “no man’s land,” 2-3 levels, and that you can fall off of if you are careless or miss one of several tactical/skill jumps.
Halo is overdue for a Lockout/Guardian spiritual successor. The Cage from Reach and Haven from H4 weren’t up to par IMO…
