If there was another single shot rifle added to this game? One that takes 6 headshots to kill, has pretty radical bloom, and only 8 shots per magazine? The base spread on this weapon would not allow it to be used outside close range, and it would lose almost every gunfight against every single weapon in the game.
Now what if that rifle was skinned to look like a handgun?

Well…I don’t really know what to say on the matter. Because I haven’t used it. I will get back to you once the game is in my hands XD
Personally, I have nothing against the new magnum. It serves it’s role well, and will be very helpful in cleaning up kills.

What if you had a pistol that took 7-shots to kill in less time than any of the rifles, has the accuracy to be used at long range but the precision keeps it reliable only at short range, and this pistol has enough ammo to get over 2 kills per reload.
Now what if this pistol was skinned as a Carbine?

Does it have recoil to punish firing too quickly without compensation? If so, I like that idea.
What if it had no bloom and killed in 3 head-shots. Now that would be cool.

I would say it’s fine.
Provided that the concept your going for is to have a backup weapon rather than a fully fledged weapon that can compete with the rest of the sandbox.
Which is what 343 is doing with the H4 Magnum.

Ok, and my answer is that I wouldn’t mind if this weapon was in the game as long as it serves its role well as a sidearm.
finally the side arms have actually become like side arms.

H3 AR + bleed-through = beast. Beats BR up-close most of the time.
I would never use it. Why bother adding such a useless weapon to the sandbox?

Gears finally gave us a reason to use their “throwaway” weapons.
Has anyone even seen if you can equip two primary weapons without the two primary weapons perk?
should take less head shots to kill though. 5 max;if it’s only in close range there isn;t a problem with 4 head shot kill. what’s the magnums rate of fire?
