How would custom classes work?

I’m not a fan of the idea of custom classes. It should just be the same as it was in other halo’s minus loadouts. but how would they even workout? you always had to go out to find the power weapons. you can’t just customize weapons you have to go pick up. that’s just stupid. what would be the only gun to customize the AR? who would really care about customizing the AR when you could pick up rockets or a sniper? Wouldn’t make sense.

I don’t get why every thinks custom classes automatically means You get to choose your weapon. I think since AA’s are back you set you AA to you class and then that way people aren’t changing AA’s in game like in Reach. Maybe you can customize you starting weapons like you said. Idk about you but when you play custom games with rockets as a starting weapon, I’d like a nice strip or something that I put there. What if you only get 1 class and that’s basically your guy’s FF voice, armor, AA and everything?
