(Me getting home from store, then opening the Halo 4 disc, and as soon as i open the cover)

(a big white light of flash comes from when i open the cover, then Requiem for a dream plays while i open it)

(When i’m done opening it, Unforgotten starts playing again from the beginning)

Me: So… This is it?

Me and my friends will go HAM in unison. All the way from when we receive the case at GameStop to inside the car to (if we survive the ride back home) the final, climactic encounter with the Xbox 360.

Then there will be absolute silence when the disc is inserted into the tray until we can move our characters in the campaign. From there on, we go HAM during the course of the entire night until one of us suffers from a heart attack.

Hmm, that means putting down Borderlands 2, Farcry 3 and mass Effect 3…

It’d be hard, but I’ll manage to squeeze halo 4 in there!

The same as I have for every other Halo game.

Like a small child on Christmas morning, screaming at the top of my lungs, ecstatic and unaware that my wife is seconds away from throwing her shoe at me for waking her up at 12:30.

thats exactly what i did when it was announced! i was literally bouncing off of walls. (more like bumping into them) when i ran to the living room to phone my friend.
