How will we play the Anniversary map pack?

Will it come as a secondary disc? Can this disc be installed and the maps accessed while the original Reach disc is inserted?

Will it be a full multiplayer disc where all the old and new maps will be accessible at once, like in ODST’s map pack?

When I buy my copy of CEA, don’t get me wrong - I’m keeping it. But I know some people won’t. I want my purchase of those maps to be worth the money, so I’d actually like to loan out my Anniversary maps to friends to install and play with me. Cheap? Yes, but it’s not my fault Reach’s population tanked. I remained faithful.

No it’s all going to be launched on the same disk. And yes you will be able to download the maps to your reach disk.

I’m sure I’ll get beaten on this, but from my understanding you get to the playlist straight from the disc.

There won’t be any beating.
There will be one disk which contains the campaign remastered and the multiplayer aspect for Halo: Reach. The map pack for Halo: Reach can be downloaded from a code you should receive. The playlists will appear normally however will not be playable unless you have the Anniversary map. Playlist data is pulled off 343I’s servers and not off the disk.
Note: Even if you download the maps, putting your Anniversary disk will still allow you to play the maps should you choose to do this.

I saw a CEA unboxing vid. There is a code to dl the new maps from xbox live packaged in the game box.
