Will they be like Battlefield vehicle skins, Where they change when you’re using it? Or are they only for loadout weapons? Because if it’s the latter will we not be able to get any skins for non loadout weapons?
No skins in arena, the only customizable thing in arena is armor. All other customization is in warzone.

Pretty much above.
Yea there might be the option to pick your skins in the menu then when playing arena when other players drop their weapon or you pick a weapon up it selects your skin if not it may just do the bf4 route.
So once you get a skin you have it indefinitely? Or do you lose it once you use the REQ card that unlocked it?

Nope skins do work for arena. They wont work for when you pick up a weapon just on your initial spawn I believe.

Its been confirmed by 343 that most things in the req packs like weapons and weapon skins can only be used in warzone but armor, armor skins, visors, and assassinations will be used in all game modes

Well that would be stupid skins serve no purpose but for looks

Cosmetic unlocks are permanent.
Players pick skins for AR,BR,DMR, SMG, and Magnum in the menu. In Arena, if you spawn with one of those weapons you’ll have the skin you selected for it.

Yup, that’s what I think. Also depends what gametype is chosen, shotguns, br’s, and snipers. Pretty sure that’s what is going to happen.
Man I hope I don’t see ridiculously ugly, bright skins when I pick up some guys shotgun or something. Like they have in Cod now.

You keep the skin forever
Also the skins are used in areana and campaign, you choose what skin you want weapons to have before you spawn then when you spawn they have those skins
