The forums will explode with threads saying how much better the TU gametype is than default Reach.

When they put up the new playlist hoppers for the 85% and 0% Bloom Gametypes.
You play the gametypes and then download the gametypes from your Temporary History.

That would mean waiting for the beta hopper to come.
But I hope that 343i releases the gametypes for people to play them beforehand in customs.

You should wait for an actual 343i employee to post.
I only post things that I think make sense, and so do others, but I and the others could be wrong or right in this matter.
That’s why info from a employee would be helpful right now.
Title update is September 21. You won’t notice any real changes until the update goes live next month.
Safe to say the gametype won’t be released the same day of since they’ll want people to get the update first.

343 is releasing one game type shortly after the Title update.(Better be zero bloom.)

no. i believe the most official word (the bulletin) was ‘sometime shortly after the title update’
You will be able to play it before beta hoppers. A gametype will be released shortly after. What that means we dont yet know.
Its really not that hard, people that think you cant play it til october.
