How will Guests be treated in MM?

I don’t know that 343i has talked about this yet, but with no ranking system, it sounds like guests will be able to play in all gametypes. How will they affect the matchmaking system?

Will your guest carry an invisible rank? Will they get the same rank as you? Will they not be taken into account during matchmaking?

I feel like this alone will screw up games, because guests simply are immeasurable as far as their skill level for matchmaking. One day I could have my little sister playing, the next I could have my friend come over, who plays Halo all the time and just logs in as a guest.

Does anyone know how they will be treated?

Or will there be some playlists where guests aren’t allowed?

I’m not even talking about the rank system/lack there of. I want to know what will happen with guests in 343i’s system to make even matches. Is it that hard to comprehend?
