Im very interested in seeing how the armor will be unlocked. How specifically though I know about the armor specialized armor but what about hte others? Like Louc,Gungnir,Mark 6 will those be unlocked like reaches or through achievements. Sorry if all these questions have already been answered but with so much info on halo 4 my heads kind of swimming and jumbled right now.
Probably through credits again
Some, like Mark VI will be unlocked through achievements. Some will be unlocked through Specializations. The rest will be unlocked and ready to wear as you rank up, so you won’t have to rack up the Spartan Points to buy the armor.
unsatisfactory…I would have liked to see a few armor variants be unlocked through achievements…oh well.
Armor is unlocked by as much money you deposit to micro-transactions. Duh…
No, it’ll probably be by credit (Time), instead of achievements (Skill).
CoD points.
As you rank up, you earn Spartan points. I assume you can use these to buy armor, or maybe you just unlock it as you go.

Oh you’re so funny

They’re the same thing, what they’re called is just semantics.

Spartan Points don’t get you armor, you just unlock the armor as you rank up, level up yur Specializations, or earn achievements.
I’d assume most through Spartan points or credits. I would hope for achievements. Or even some through past achievements from older halos…but that’s very unlikely

I wasn’t quite sure on that, it was mainly just an assumption.

I agree with your parenthesis. Buuuut some of those achievements seem way too easy.

Except if you think about it Halo had it first

Don’t forget Halo Waypoint just like Reach.
We know there are a couple of ways. Some will be through rank and some (Mark VI) through achievements. I don’t think they’ve said yet, but it’s possible some will be through Waypoint (though I hope not).

It is pretty much concieved that it will be through Halo Waypoint also. Just like in Halo Reach. I don’t mind that because it gives you incentive to play all the Halo games…like Halo Wars.

We gain levels to unlock new stuff. The exception to this (so far) is unlocking the original Mark VI helmet and Legendary Visor color, which you need to beat Halo 4 on Legendary to use.
This will be a level 1-50 non skill based progression system. At level 50, we can choose a Specialization (8 in total) that will have 10 separate levels of their own. As you progress through these levels, you will unlock unique emblems, weapon skins, armor sets, and at the 10th level, an armor mod.
To clear this up, you do NOT have to wear the armor gained in a Specialization to use the armor mod (EX: You do not need to wear tje Stalker armor set to utilize the Nemesis mod).
Edit: Credit goes to poster below, i guess you now unlock new Armory options just by leveling up.

Until they say, I’m not going to think it’s one way or the other. Personally, I think if you need an incentive to play the game other than enjoyment then something’s wrong with the game.

Armor isn’t unlocked via Spartan Points. You just reach a certain Rank, and you are rewarded the armor and can wear it if you choose to do so. No more grinding for credits to buy the armor that you might not even wear.
