So I just read another post that currently there are 400 people playing the crimson dlc. Which actually made me pretty happy, maybe people are realizing the maps aren’t good.
So with the whole rotational playlist thing 343 is using, how will they justify keeping this playlist around?
It will be the lowest populated playlist and they will think of something to keep this playlist and have better playlist will get the ax.
They are definitely between a rock and a hard place here, remove the list infuriate map pack fanboys, don’t remove it and anger people who want better playlists…
This is gonna be fun
it is pretty contradictory saying they will be taking out unpopular playlists but leaving the crimson dlc in anyway
but 343 arent exactly new to messing things up, but with mlg and a competition on their homepage it looks promising for halo 4 but I really wish they would stop constantly letting us down

So do I, but 343 will want to keep the dlc playlist in to keep the people who whined about not having one in Reach from resurfacing. I doubt very much they’d remove the dlc playlist after just one week, and the only other rotational playlist is Team Regicide.
They also might remove FFA Regicide in favor of FFA Slayer, but I doubt it.

Ugh, I wish they you just do permanent playlists. It would be so much more simple and everyone would be happy.
I hope the DLC playlist stays as a perma-playlist.
It’d make no sense to take it out when there are achievements only obtainable in that playlist, getting rid of it will only cause another uprawr.
I’m sure 343i will add more than just “11” playlists eventually.
hopefully. XD
I also hope they do not merge objective games into a single playlist, it’s nice being able to choose what objective game you wanna play now instead of having to wait a large number of games to play oddball or KoTH etc.

Actually, people who color their posts generally have them read more often than those that do not.

Actually it’s just now reflecting the number of ppl who bought them or the season pass, rather than those that got the free ‘trial’.

Today’s update removed Crimson maps from non-Season pass/MP/LE buyers…it’s normal that there are less people there, not counting that after the update, the population counter was reset, it’s still unprecise about the real population (look at the low population in all the playlists).
@own forward
I understand that they removed the maps for the people who didn’t purchase them. The point there is to show that no one or very few users will be buying the maps after playing them.
