cant find a location otherwise, reported via Xbox Live but there is only an option to Avoid for game behavior.

going AFK during a Spartian Ops match, and not just once ( i can understand once ) literally finding out of the way places, and hiding in rock crevices ducked to try and avoid detection. when found he will go run into battle, die so he can respawn where he can try and not be noticed.
Yeah calling people out for abusing the game is against the rules… I don’t see why - because like you said it condones it… yes, 343i allows people to afk and abuse glitches.
You can’t really report them, however, you can Avoid these players. All you need to do is view the gamer profile, hit submit player review, Then hit avoid this player. After that, you have 3 options, most likely you would hit game behavior, then hit unsporting conduct. Under unsporting conduct, it says person did not play according to the rules or spirit of the game. Hope this helps.

actually it doesn’t come close, as the player isnt doing anything, so there is nothing the statistics will see unless it also records controller actions, which it will record next to nothing. AND there is nothign that can be done as the person can just say they had an emergency.
but every stupid game i have played so far has had AFKers, no joke.
its starting to not even be worth playing the game anymore

Yeah that no longer works these days.
In spartan ops you have to intentionally enter each game. This means you have to go back to the 360 every 8ish minutes and press a.
There really is no negotiation with ban pleas.you get warnings if it exceeds x ammount of suspensions then you get a xp/MM ban. There is a history of your game it records alot more than you died here and here. They can go and look at activity and see habitual things.
Posting names is bad not because its condoning such. It’s bad because you have vigilantes that can send harrasment messages or worse.
If the ban system didn’t work then why do we have so many “I r banned” threads/posts?
