So, you know about what happened to high charity after halo 2, right? It turned into a massive flood hive. High charity hosted countless covenant members. But how were there human combat forms?

Going back to Halo 2, the Flood took over In Amber Clad (Miranda Keyes’s old ship). They crashed that into High Charity, thus bringing some human combat forms onboard.
