How to: Verify and Re-download DLC

I’ve seen quite a few people pondering whether or not they redeemed their LE codes properly, or panicking because they think they’ll have to pay again for DLC. Fear not! It’s really simple to check:

(blue text = links + picture guide)

First head on to the Xbox Live website and sign in with your gamertag-associated Live ID.
At the top right of your screen you’ll see your username - underneath that click ‘My Account’.
From there you’ll want to hit ‘Purchase History’.
A full list of your purchases will show up, and you’ll have the option to add any content there to your xbox download queue, which will automatically download when your xbox is connected to live.

For LE users, the ‘Infinity Actual Kit’ includes the War Games Map Pass - you’ll receive the maps when they’re pushed out.

If somethings not there that should be, try re-entering any codes you have or give Xbox support a call. You can also try contacting them via their twitter account.

If you’re a legendary edition holder and have the code, try re-entering it. If you bought it via the marketplace try checking your bank account to see if you were billed.

All marketplace/billing enquiries will require you to give Xbox support a call or you can try contacting them via their twitter account.

Oh, it’s the Infinity Actual Kit? That’s a relief, was not looking forward to spending more money on it.

Yeah the Infinity Actual Kit includes all your skins, specializiations and armour unlocks.

If you redeemed the code that came with the limited edition, which the card refers to as “Specializations, Skins, Emblem, Map Pk”, it shows in your download history as “Infinity Actual Kit” with no mention of “War Games Map Pass” in the list.

now that i found it do i just re download it and it will work? because im sure i had downloaded it.

Are you saying thats the name of the thing i need to download again? Because i did and it didnt do a thing. I cant find the map pack anywhere, or anything relating to it but the recruit armor which i downloaded again. Still a no go. I tried entering the code again but because i entered the code once i got the SE version of this game, its gonna keep telling me that the code has already been used over and over again like it already has.

If you see the kit in your history, you’ve done everything you need to do. Now it’s just a matter of MS fixing the content system and we’ll all be happy - There’s an official thread covering that aspect.
