I recently installed Halo Wars 2 on my computer, and I noticed that it does not utilize my GPU when I play it. (GPU usage is at 0% in the task manager for it).
Graphics card is an Nvidia GTX 1070. CPU is an Intel i7-6700K.
Is there a way to configure it to use the GPU in the game?

That’s pretty weird. Does it work in other games?
Try going into power options in your Windows Settings and set it to high performance. It may force the GPU to work and not the Intel one.
The Windows power option is currently set to High performance mode.
The Windows graphics options setting for Halo Wars 2 is set to High Performance.
I added Halo Wars 2 to the Nvidia Control panel.
I disabled Intel integrated graphics.
The Windows Task Manager still shows 0% GPU usage for the game. This is the only game that has this issue.
It seems that it just doesn’t show the GPU usage properly in the Windows Task Manager.
If I have MSI Afterburner monitoring open while playing Halo Wars 2, I can see the GPU usage near 95%, as expected.
