I saw the emblem in a big list of all the emblems, and I’m really hoping I don’t have to get all the Regicide commendations; It’s possible though…
The only commendation I’m having a rough time with is the assassinating the king commendation. Besides that one the other ones are pretty easy.

Yeah, that commendation is why I’m really hoping I don’t have to complete all the Regicide commendations.
i heard you had to get 80% overall commendation completion to unlock team color emblems. they are ingame tho ive seen it once and when mlg were testing.

I’m barely at 20% I would love to have a T-Rex emblem but sadly that’s not happening.

I really hope it’s just Regicide Victory. I’m almost done that one, but if I ever finish Executioner it’ll be a miracle.
You need 122 executions to max it out. This is according to my official halo 4 book (it was an xmas gift). I have Kingslayer maxed but since I only play ffa regicide winning matches is rare for me.
I think it looks like the emblem that Majestic team wears. I saw it appear in a pictured list of emblems. I’m not 100% sure that its the Kingslayer emblem though.

You need to obtain Regicide Mastery, i.e. get Regicide Victory, Kingslayer and Executioner all to Master.
