How to unlock the helmets?

Hello, I should have the Military Police helmet, I’m at milestone 16, got the Soldier We needed you to be achievment, but its locked.

How do I unlock it?

I think you need to click “unlock” or something on the Waypoint app for the 360.

It should be under your service record and all that. Under “Reach Armor” or something.

Waypoint has been experiencing some technical difficulties recently, so you may have to just sit it out for a few days
