How to unlock Halo Reach armour?

Good day everyone,

Title says all. I need access to unlock armour in Halo Reach that needs specific requirements rather than credits. These requirements are challenges to do in other halo games. It says go to Bungie.net and Bungies doesn’t support Halo anymore since 343 took over Halo. I’ve also went to Waypoint app long ago but today surprisingly
it’s removed from the App Store completely. I would like to know a way to unlock the special armour in halo reach.

probably no way to get it if the Waypoint app is gone off the 360.

Can you get the Recon helmet for Reach if you didn’t get the Pre Order DLC code? Like can you just unlock it from natural progression?

You can still get the Recon at Colonel but without the Pre-order attachment but you can still get Pre-order Recon if you manage to Track it down on Online Website I recently got a Pre-order Recon recently off Amazon but it depends if you would put down some money for just a Armor Piece. The only reason I got it is because I lost My Old Recon Code before I got Xbox Live.
