How to submit maps in Community Forge Playlis

As everyone knows, the update is here and to test out the forge maps for future matchmaking maps. Everyone has their own opinion on each map, either they like the map or they don’t like it.
But the thing I’m really looking into is, how do I submit a map for it to be played? Because I know that the maps on the playlist were not made by 343 and was even made by fans of the game.
So how do I submit a map for 343 to put in their playlist and for everyone to play in? Please answer, I’m really curious.

Also, of the 6 maps in the playlist, only 1 (Relay) is not a community member made map.
