I collect all the halo promotional items below is what has been redeemed on my account but the ones with # are not showing up in-game but it says I have redeemed it here on the waypoint.

I also bought the normal-sized 6-inch figure for the wct armor coating and didn’t receive that unless its the ar coating i have and not an armor coating
i also bought the most recent hot pocket promotion and earned the cherry warthog coating but i don’t have the tri vector vehicle emblem
I don’t know if they can check but I know for a fact I purchased every single one of these items I have the bank statements to prove it as well as the purchase history of buying these products
Waypoint only shows you your last 25 redeems at least on my end.
I asking for my account to be checked or if support can look into it i do not want to be cheated out of any of the promotional stuff i purchased.
