To stop the complaining, maybe 343 should provide the Classic Halo playlist that they said would be live at launch?
I hope you don’t think Slayer Pro is good enough, it is not. I don’t want you to carry on thinking you have provided for those fans who once in while want a Classic experience.
When I say Classic, you know exactly what I am talking about. No sprint, fixed weapon spawns, no ordinance, no loadouts, no armor abilities, and of course, none of those awesome gametype changes you made to CTF (sticky flag, auto pick up, flag runner speed, and flagnum), the addition of Assault, an integral part of Halo multiplayer, and friendly fire! This would make me happy, and I’d assume many others.
I love Halo 4. There are a few problems, idiotic in nature, that need to be addressed however. Until that time when you finally get your -Yoink- together and fix your playlists, I would love to have a Classic playlist to spend my time in.
Now, I know some of you are going to come into this thread and post “adapt”.
You want me, and thousands of other classic Halo players, to “adapt”? So 10 years of Classic Halo are just thrown under a train in seeking a more “advanced” or “modernized” Halo, and you say that? I’m not asking for the entire game to be changed, like others. All I want is maybe one or two playlists, perhaps a big team and a 4v4, with classic settings that I can go back to if Halo 4 begins to piss me off.
I tried not to write directly to 343 too much, considering I know they will never read it even though it is on their forums… I mean, these are your forums… why can’t you even acknowledge in a post, much less a bulletin, the need for a Classic Mode?
So anyway, does anyone else feel the same way? Don’t change the whole game, just provide the Classic playlist that was promised?
