How to start Halo 4?

Hallo,

I just bought a xbox 360 and halo 4, I just tried to start a solo mission of Halo 4, it goes through the start movie with dr. Halsey but then it goes right back to the first menu start halo 4.

Can someone help?

Please help, getting really frustrated and annoyed with the game. I just want to play the game that I paid for.

I suppose you installed the game. So if you can try, then borrow another H4 disc (or exchange it in the shop ) and install that, probably will work like anyone else where I read about that problem.
But I hope you already solved that problem, anyway good luck.

Edit: Here you’ll find the forum that I read, and I found another 2,(1,2) maybe will help.

have you tried choosing the first mission instead of prologue, because it might have trouble with that. Although I have no idea really sorry, hope you can find an answer.
