Stop playing Halo 5 and post on here what your problem is. Maybe once we stop playing their game, then someone will help us.
I am tired of continuous launches of games with problems. I understand server problems, and other small problems. But game breaking problems and content missing is ridiculous.
Also for another reason to complain, the only place we can get support is these forums. On top of that the people associated with talking to customers in these forums are volunteers who can not directly help us with are problems. They can only provide us with a few helpful tips on how to solve problems.
So what else can we do beside sit here and wait until 343i solves all these issues. Just stop playing their game. Don’t play it. I understand we all love Halo 5 and we love what it could be if it was fixed. But when we were told that Halo 5 wouldn’t be as bad as Halo MCC, and then there is issues like this, why play it.
I have reached out on twitter, and other forum sites, as well as posted don here multiple times. No news and no help. I don’t hate 343i as i know there are lots of issues. Just look at this forum. There are lots.
Instead of waiting and putting a ton of effort as a customer to get help, i am going to wait patiently and not play their broken product. Its unfortunate that i purchased the deluxe edition and have yet to receive all my content.
But in the end, i just want a finished game.
Also 343i, to better your company, you should have a support line, and maybe agents responding to customers on this forum.
Once bo3 comes out people will switch. The player base is going to shrink. This is the first time ive seen a developer be so unresponsove at the launch of there game. It makes them look very bad. If Ibhavent heard from them by froday when bo3 comes out then im getti g rid of halo and just moving on to other games without these issues

Couldn’t have said it better myself. I keep getting that ‘couldn’t find a server suitable for your fireteam’ error message. Which doesn’t make sense. Luckily Fallout 4 comes out on Tuesday, and if by the time I finish that game that Halo 5 isn’t patched and working, you can rest assured that I cease supporting any more Halo releases.

Maybe Blops 3 have also some issues we dont know it already. I think 343 will fix all these issues. Just give them a chance, its not easy to create a game. I like Halo 5

Maybe Blops 3 have also some issues we dont know it already. I think 343 will fix all these issues. Just give them a chance, its not easy to create a game. I like Halo 5
