I’m part of a Halo Clan but we’ve been suddenly losing members. Any ideas on how to keep our current members while still gaining new members?
Not be a clans pretty much the only thing I can think of. The era of clans is kind of over.
Use a revive
Simply find members who are like minded as the clan leader . . .
People who share the same vision as the leader of the clan . . .
People who share the same loyalty and respect as the clan leader . . .
People who share the same play times as a whole . . .
People who are close in skill level to each other . . .
You must deeply interview these people not only for your Spartan Company but get to know people as people then you will find who you can relate to for longevity of your friends/ Company.

- Spam “Join our clan” type messages on these forums - Don’t add “Join our clan” comments to your posts
Use the Recruiting area of Waypoint and other forums or something I’m not big on clans so I don’t know how to help you outside of that

At least its not like in Reach where you get a “I am recruiting for the (insert clan name) clan, message back if your interested”. I recently jumped back into Reach and got 6 messages like that in an hour.

Wait that stuff still isn’t dead yet? Man I remember that…guys, seriously. Halo’s moved on…TWO GAMES.

It’s tricky, work gets in the way a lot. It’s tough trying to convince people to be active when you can’t be as active as you would want to be yourself

If you have a really good friend or a trusty second in command, you could have him/her organize everything so the clan could be active, while you’re busy.
