How to reset account?

I cannot log in to Microsoft account on MCC collection it tells me something went wrong and to check online on Xbox live. When I go on there there’s nothing wrong with the account or anything that has changed. How to you disable the auto sign in for MCC through Xbox Live? Is there a way to delete local saved data entirely? This is a new Steam account and it still attaches another MS account to the game upon start up. This isn’t even my PC originally I just got it handed down to me. Why won’t the game let me start and create a new account???

Error code: Something went wrong, there is a problem with your Microsoft account, sign in to fix the problem. How do I fix this issue? How do you stop it from trying to sign in to an account automatically? I want to sign in to my new account!?!?!?!

Please move this to MCC, but I would like answers, I have now tried to make new accounts outside of the game but I cannot change accounts in game because the broken system doesn’t let me past this screen!

  • Navigate to your local AppData’s webcache folder which can be found at “C:\Users&lt;mark>YourUserNameHere</mark>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\webcache”
  • Alternatively, paste this into your explorer window bar: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\webcache - Delete all files in this location - Launch the game - Sign into the preferred Xbox Live account and allow the app to access your info
