I’m just wondering how i can report someone for modifying screenshots???
Like they are -Yoink!- i would post the Gamer Tag here but that’s not allowed so i was thinking take a picture with my iPhone too post on here???

OP, just leave it, the banhammer can track things like that and will ban the user and users who have it in their file share.

Nope. Send a PM or email to any of the site Admins or a Microsoft Representative OR Report the gamertag. Something of that nature is more likely to get taken care of than reporting for name calling or something.
Posting the a -Yoink!- pic is obviously a No No and posting the pic of his GT in general would still count as calling a member out. You’re still putting his name on the site.
Also, just b/c one person didn’t get what you said, doesn’t give you the right to consider the community full of idiots.

I never really pay attention to anything on Halo but the multiplayer.
Why do you care what somebody has in their file share. Youre not going to get a special cookie from 343 for being a rat.

I can understand his reason. Would you want someone demeaning your GT/images with something unwholesome? Or even receive some sort of disciplinary action JUST for looking at them.
He has every right to let 343 know about someone elses childish nature. He should just do it discreetly via email or PMs.
The “being a rat” is honestly derived from people who have no problem with lying/indecency and when it finally happens to have the beans spilled on them.
I’m not going to the lengths to report this person, but if I stumbled upon the issue, I’d certainly report it.
