How to preclude DLC maps from appearing in search

With all of the server issues the past few months I’ve basically been resorting to strictly searching firefight. It used to be that if you signed in after loading the game it didnt recognize that you owned the DLC and as such did not offer these maps as an option. I’d love to be able to do this in the FF playlist as more often than not two out of the three posssible maps are the aforementioned which are far too large on their own with 4 players and substantially worse when players get booted randomly or just plain quit which is a frequent occurrence.

Does anyone know know how to “fool” the game to accomplish this now? According to 343 they are going to repair the servers so I don’t want to delete the content as DLC maps are a welcome change from the usual in MM, and I’m hoping to be able to play that again when the servers are more stable.

Before anyone can respond with “just delete them now and redownload then later; they’re free”…I understand that and would like to avoid those two maps permanently without sacrificing MM gameplay.

Could you party up with someone that doesn’t have the maps? I believe that should allow you to play the playlist without seeing the DLC maps.

Oh yeah, that would certainly work but I always search alone. Just looking for a way to circumvent the fact that I have the DLC as unlike score attack where you can veto options like ten times, in FF you get three choices and a good portion of the time both DLC maps are given priority during searches, leaving you only one real choice which is too often waterfront or overlook. It used to be as simple as signing in after the game loaded.
