How to pre-download halo 5 beta?

Betas out for pre download but dont know where to download it. Any help is appreciated

It’ll be out at 10am PST (30 mins), and I think you can access it from the Extras tab in MCC.

In Halo Channel, find your Nightfall rewards. If you hit “Play Halo” under the Nightfall Armor reward, it’ll take you to the download for the beta. If you’ve not watched all the episodes, you’ll need to fast forward through them all to get to the reward. That’s the only method I know of right now.

Tell us if you guys can play

I own the digital version of MCC but the Halo Channel just keeps telling me to buy Halo. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times but the Halo Channel still won’t understand that I already own Halo. I hate this stupid thing, what was wrong with the Waypoint app? It worked just fine and now we have some terribly laggy, unresponsive app as a replacement.

You shouldn’t have to go through the Halo Channel. You shoulf be able to go to the extras tab in MCC, select Halo 5 Beta, and go straight to the download.

I did this less than 5 minutes ago.

How do you fast forward on the Halo channel?

Just tried the extras tab , and it’s grayed out and not selectable. East coast Michigan here

I tried this method, and it doesn’t work for me. The tab in the Master Chief Collection is also still greyed out.
