Everywhere is spamming, ‘use your friend code instructions to install halo’, to my understanding it looks like about 30 ppl have gotten a friend code. I got a random message on the xbox app saying ‘thanks for being an insider’, this week u get to play halo infinite. (COOOL uhm how) I’ve gotten no emaill, code, anything…
Download the Xbox Insider Hub app, you can access it through there. No email or invite needed for Xbox players.
Friend codes were sent to exiting Halo Insiders with active flight invitations, so you’ll only get that email if you have an existing and active invite to play - in which you don’t need the code and can give it away to someone else. If you don’t have an active invite, you’ll need to locate a friend code. The code can then be redeemed on Halo Waypoint and gives access to both Xbox and Steam.
