How to play Crimson maps?

Hey everyone, I’m sure this post exists elsewhere, but I had trouble locating it, so I apologize in advance. But I was curious, I bought the Crimson Map Pack via the XBL Marketplace several days ago. Previously, before I had bought the pack, I noticed an actual Crimson Map play mode, which they recently removed. I assumed that even without that play mode, you could still play the Crimson maps, as long as everyone in your queue had the map pack as well. Well, as I’m sure you’ve guessed, I have yet to play a single Crimson map, in the several days, consisting of hours of online play each day. Not only have I not played any, I’ve never even seen a Crimson map up for a vote on the map votes.

Is it just near impossible to get into a game where everyone has the maps? Because, assuming once again, I thought that they would put more of an effort to put players who own the map pack in games together. At this point I’m starting to feel like I’ve wasted $10.

played a bunch of games tonight, and still haven’t played a map… bump

Just gotta hope you get lucky and see the DLC maps in the map vote in the regular playlists. They show up quite often in BTB, I’ve found at least.

I have the same problem. I bought the season pass after the crimson pack release and I haven’t played those maps yet.
