How to Opt-out from Halo Insider pROGRAM?

Unfortunately I am saying good bye from the Halo, but the issue is I do not know how to opt-out permanently from the program.

Halo Insider. I’m sure that’s where I opted out.

This page, on the same line as ‘Settings’ at the top of the page there’s an ‘Opt Out’ option.
