So after the recent updates to btb and the store I thought I’d focus on the biggest issues for Halo infinite from the majority of what I’ve heard from large discord communities to my small friends group.

Halo infinite needs to evolve. In that sense to keep a population of people invested in your game you need to have them want to play your game. How do you do this? Well in my understanding the best way is to have a large variety of maps with different terrain, some more vehicle focused, others more player focused, they don’t need to be symmetrical think outside the box/circle/octagon and get creative maybe bring back old classics, but also new experiences as well. This includes new weapons, and vehicles as well.

Player individuality is almost non-existent in halo infinite. Very limited armor, color, race customization. We’re only 3 months into a however many year plan and most people I know even close friends of mine are avoiding the game because they can’t express themselves like on Halo 3, Halo Reach, and the Master Chief collection. I know this will get fixed the longer the game is out but we can’t even choose our colors like we used to. I understand the Color coating system is eventually going to give us alot of options but why can’t this be like Warframe where we get a base amount of colors to freely customize our character with the seven slots and just buy special and unique color schemes, finishes like camo, rust, dust, polish, marble, wood, metallic, etc. To add onto the armor?

Can we please get an idea of what’s coming next? Like show us a timeline with everything you have planned for the game for let’s say the next season? So we can get possibly hyped for anything good that’s coming besides coop campaign and forge? Please?

Desync which causes lag definitely needs to be fixed the btb hot fix didn’t resolve all the issues with matchmaking but did increase my chances of getting into lobbies. I don’t need to iterate how many people’s games are ruined because of this.

DLC and our Spartans story. I feel like my spartan is kinda stagnant, their story feels empty/hollow. The tutorial cinematic was nice even the tutorial was good, but I feel like there should be more? Remember reach it made you care about the story yes it was abut dark and yes you and most of your teammates died but you died to save humanity. I’m not saying to go that far with our Spartans in killing them off but do get us to care for our character.
