1: Remove sprint for everybody, turn it back to an option over the rest of the abilities
2: Take off profiles with gun choice etc and reinstate gun spawns on maps… This trait was so important to halo, taking it out has done nothing beneficial for the game, ordinance drops are stupid as ever. Halo was it’s own game, now it’s a future version of CoD, I might as well of bought CoD and wasted my time on that
3: Matchmaking, there was always something for casuals and something for those who were hardcore and took it seriously. There is no ranked gameplay option, and that was primarily what I looked forward to playing. The fact that there really is NO competitive aspect to this game atm turns my interest so far down that I almost stopped playing it entirely.

The support packages and other nonsense are just a waste of time, space, and development. This isn’t CoD, this isn’t battlefield, stop puzzling games together… halo is a GOOD GAME, there is NO reason to botch it up. It’s fine like it was.

The armor customizations are o.k for exp and leveling and what not as it’s a side treat. But different guns etc as you level up is all the more repetitive, same -Yoink- you see in every garbage FPS nowadays.

I bought an xbox literally TO PLAY THIS GAME, in anticipation it would be another halo game. My denial at first was temporary. I enjoyed slayer pro, but apparently the designers didn’t. I would really really appreciate seeing some classic Halo 2 options in there. A ranking system for each different game type.
Something that gives motivation, something that gives players a reason to win, a reason to stay in the game, a reason not to troll, die a million times and leave as you lose the game. There is no punishment for destroying your team, yet I’ve seen it far too often. People will go AFK after a game is complete and then join the game and be AFK for the rest of it. There has to be something that removes you from Que after a game and requires you to re-que, quite frankly as much as I love trying to carry, one teammate afk leads to the rest of them leaving and me just 1v4ing. No repercussions for being a D-bag of a player
In all honesty this game could have been so much more than it is, but now it’s nothing more than a remnant of what the Halo community wishes it could be, and like sheep, we just keep coming back, sinking our teeth into each and every game hoping for something to be the same, or similar to what we’re used to. I agree that changes need to be made to the game aside from graphics, but don’t remove the things that were the core, the REASON people played the game.
A plea from one of the biggest fans in the halo community, please, if not all these changes, just give me ranked something… Anything… 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4… I honestly don’t care just give me some sort of competitive aspect to this game to reinstate my motivation to play.
