How to make Custom Challenges???

i think they will be bringing out custom challenges like in Halo Reach.

I mean there is on the Challenges Menu even Waypoint and i wanted to do some for Spartan Ops to rank up faster

Game has been out over 6 months, and STILL no way I see to make a custom challenge from Waypoint.
Dollars to Doughnut someone put that on that challenge menu and it was overlooked and they never had the intention of putting it on there. WTF Mate?
