Is there a way to look at how many forum post you have?
I don’t think there is. The best thing to do is the next time you rank, begin a counter of how many posts you have made. Every time you make a post add a tally to your counter. Here you can see the post requirements for each rank.

This, I am pretty sure an accessible post counter has been removed. As Funkfaulicious said, your best bet is to keep track by counting or looking at forum rank to know of where your post count ranges in.
