First you take the gametype for FFA, then discard it without notification to the the FFA player population, finally use the Team Slayer game option.
343 are you really trying to kill the playlist off? Mercy with 3 different Power Weapons amongst 6 people wtf were you thinking?!
If your going to change how FFA is played atleast notify us and if your going to have us play with 8 player map settings maybe make it a 8 player playlist, seriously I will not defend this game if you keep making stupid decisions like this, the player population is low enough so cut the crap.
That sounds all bad! Even tho im not really a FFA player anyone would agree that 3 power weapons amongst 6 players would be chaotic and would be more so if those maps had a power up (camo/OS). I have read/heard that the FFA pop has dropped dramatically and i would think 343i would cater to those FFA players that still enjoy that playlist. Shame on you 343i, you guys have been working on halo since 2009 and with all the mistakes you guys have made i would think you would have learned from them by now.

Bro the whole of last season there was 1 power weapon on that Map. A Sniper Rifle. Now we have the Grav Hammer, the Beam Rifle and the Saw. Im pretty damn sure I would know if they were they there considering I was grinding my Onyx the whole of last season.
With that many PWs you should have 8 players not 6 or go back to the single Sniper in the middle. I dont get why they made this change or if theres a glitch causing Mercy to play with Team Slayer Map Loadouts. But either way it needs to be fixed as it destroys the whole flow of the map and balance of the game.
If i had to guess it was an error and they accidentally threw in the old versions rather than the HCS variants for Truth, Mercy, and Regret. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it changed back to these upcoming.
I love when Halo players hate power weapons. ITS HALO FOR GAWDS SAKE!!! The lone wolf playlist on halo 2, Halo 3, and reach would have more than 3 power weapons. That is what halo has always been. I don’t get why so many people love playing pistol V pistol. BR v BR or whatever precision weapon you want. If you hate power weapons go play COD or Battlefield. They need an HCS playlist so people can have their no radar, BR, and grenade only “fun” and let the rest of us play true halo. The more power weapons the better!!!
FFA is my most sweatiest playlist. It seems that a lot of people quit out when they’re losing.

Oh. Then they must have changed it after I’d stopped playing FFA to go focus on other playlists. At least when I last played FFA last season, Mercy still had a Beam Rifle, Grav Hammer, and Saw on it. I know they changed it for the Doubles playlist, but didn’t know they had tweaked it for FFA as well.

I love when players talk about H2 and H3, funny that you say they more than 3 power weapons per game for Lones Wolves because that is BS. There is a limit to how many you can have placed without imbalances in the game and I played enough of Halo 3 and H5 to know this. If you want more power weapons go play Super Fiesta so us SERIOUS Halo fans can play TRUE Halo.

I guess. You’d still have a sword, overshield, sniper, rockets, on Ivory Tower not too mention thinks like the all powerful noob combo. H5 is better balanced than H2.

Ah… I haven’t gotten mercy yet lately so can’t say… Been drinking so won’t touch it tonight sticking with warzone for now. But … maybe I am not remembering correctly but I thought they were always on mercy? At least I think

H3 lone wolves would have a lot of power weapons… Pit had two sniper rifles, sword, rocket launcher and two shotguns and even active camo for example.

Yeah I know but the scale of the map and pace of the game allowed that to happen and work well, H5 is too fast and that map is too small to have, proof of this is few times so far Mercy popped up in rotation in FFA atleast 2 people have left the game at loading and a further 2-3 in the match. Seriously 343 has messed up. Again…

BS? Halo 3: The pit. 2 shotguns. Rockets. Maulers Sword. 2 snipers. OS and invisibility all on lone wolf. Snowbound had sniper shotgun laser OS invisibility maulers and a ghost. Halo reach: swordbase. Shotgun, sniper, sword, grenade launcher, OS, and invisibility all on lone wolf. I’d go on, but you’re wrong dude.
