How to I change my Spartan stance on halo waypoint

I’ve been noticing that some people’s gamer pic on halo waypoint have their Spartans in different stances I’m just wondering how do I change mine?

Thats the halo 4 spartan. Halo 5 spartans arent allowed to bring weapons inside the picture room.
