How to give constructive feedback:

  • Use bullet points for clarity instead of a cramped oversized paragraph

  • Calmly make a request/identify a problem

  • Provide a desired solution

  • Say things that you like and provide ways that they can be improved if need’s be

  • Say something short and appreciative of the dev’s as they need the positivity when doing something difficult like game development

Final note: At the end of the day, it is the higher ups in the company that need to hear our voices on expensive “micro” transactions. The 343i dev’s are as passionate as we are or even more.
