How to get the Insider Nameplate?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but how do I get the Insider Nameplate? I’ve been in three flights by now and still haven’t gotten it.

The Insider nameplates were only given out during specific times and after specific requirements were met of the Halo: Reach flight.

It was announced that Halo 4’s flight MIGHT BE the next chance you have to possibly obtain the Insider nameplate, just as I had predicted. Keep checking back on Halo Waypoint periodically for news and updates regarding MCC.
