sadly no…
the only exceptions are the ones you get with MCC achievements and watching the Nightfall videos. (Nightfall armor, MK6 gen 1, Mk6 scarred, Helioskrill)
You get the Mark V alpha set if you buy the Arena REQ pack Bundle. but apart from that I think the rest are all random
Nope. You’ll just need to keep playing, purchasing packs with REQ points or money and hope for the best.
Ideally you’ll want to get your bronze packs done, then silvers and finally move onto golds.
EDIT: Others have mentioned it but there are a small number of armours that aren’t available in the REQ pool.
Certain armors are unlocked by special tasks, like Nightfall, Mark VI, Mark VI Scarred, Helioskrill, and Achilles. Other than those, the armors you get from packs are random.
Well you can specifically get Achilles by grinding out kills for eternity with other players
