How to get rid of camping

There’s a very easy way to end camping and it’s really simple. If you’re crouching just make it so the crouched players’ radar disappears. When they start running again it comes back. Easy enough?

No. It seems like they’re trying to get rid of camping with the Forerunner vision, faster gaming and random power weapon drops (rather than constant spawning). I think there will be less campers in H4.

I don’t recall ever having campers in ANY Halos,

ugh, maybe I’ve just been playing too much CoD

Mostly Reach. I haven’t really noticed any in Halo 3. But CoD definitely seems to have way more campers than any Halo game.

Forerunner vision sounds to be a real deterrent to camping. Though your radar idea is interesting and might be a good upgrade to the Cloaked radar jammer…depending on F4vision’s) ability to spot cloaked enemy that is.

If you guys don’t remember campers in any Halo game prior to Reach…you didn’t play enough.

Forerunner Vision will not allow you to see other players on the map. Already confirmed multiple times. If you want proof search on your regular search engine.

Nobody really camped in halo 3… you lose map control if you sit in a small area of it.

In reach however poor map design lead to alot of shotguns and swords camping lifts. *Cough Swordbase *Cough

That swordbase camp… happens every game

Forunner vision is suposed to end extensive camping.

hmmm maybe

Sever campers (a camper who can rack up major kills) result from a bad map. A bad map gives the camper a huge choke point that they can easily control. This leads to a very simple solution: Don’t include bad maps.

good map = no campers
