how to get people to join customs

how can i get people to join my customs other than inviting from matchmaking (which only 1 out of 50 actually join)

ide like to know cause alot of maps i make need testing and need at least 8 players and i barely ever get 4

Make friends. Invite those friends. Tell those friends to invite their friends.

You can also use forums, or other online communities. There are plenty of communities that specialize in forging and testing. There are also tons of communities in general where you can just find people to play with, and as you get to know those people they will generally help you out with things like map testing.

as for the first part i never can find friends in matchmaking anymore and the friends i already have kinda stopped playing halo or stopped getting on

and the second part were could i find a community like that?

there’s a “Recruiting” spot on the forums you can post. May be able to find some people there!

i try but i prefer to meet people and talk to them alittle for me its not that easy
