Hello ladies and gents! I’ve recently felt like I needed to travel down memory lane and I bought an Xbox 360 version of Halo Reach the other day. I’ve just downloaded it but every time I get into the menu it disconnects me from Xbox live. No matter what I do I cannot sign into my Xbox account. Any Ideas? I see people live streaming and actually playing it, can it only be played off of Xbox 360? Am I even able to play the game off my Xbox one with the disc or do I need to buy it off the Xbox Marketplace?
You can do everything on One. Does it disconnect you from Live when you are in the menus or are you not able to connect to Live at all? If it’s the latter, it’s a backwards compatibility issue. The definite way to solve the problem is to delete your account from your One (don’t delete games and apps) and then sign in to your account again. When you load up Reach, you should be able to stay connected to Live.

I figured out the issue! You have to restart your Xbox one to factory settings but keep games and data. When you go to that after its all said and done, load up Halo Reach and it then should sign you into live. Hopefully, this solves the latest issues people have been having.

Hope you have a blast playing! My girlfriend and I occasionally jump on and play from time to time. We get alot of trash talking messages because we’re both Inheritors. LOL!

LOL! Jealous of your relationship! I had to restart reverything becaus eI lost my old account but I find it so funny when I’m just a captain smashing people triple my rank! I’ve gotten alot of msgs too as well XD

Thank you! She’s a very rare find and I’m beyond happy to have her at my side. <3 And I know, getting those messages is always such a riot! Makes me laugh every single time. It’s always flattering when you beat someone so bad that they think you’re a hacker, modder, and/or cheater. LOL!
