where can i get play testers,for a custom forge map, and how would i get it brought up to 343 to be put into matchmaking? and any places to show off the map?

Sadly I dont think 343 can add any user created content into MM. Some embargo that microsoft have put on the game a few months ago.

Nope.
They are looking for small sized, 2v2 maps as we speak.
@OP - You can send @Bravo_MLG a tweet with your map if it designed for 2v2, otherwise you’ll have to wait until they are looking for maps of other sizes.
You can try the Recruiting section to find players who want to play test, and you can show off your map in Community Creations.
