how to get halo 3 recon?

I know they gave it away for free a while ago, but i still dont have it so im not sure how to get it or if i can still get it.

You mean recon for H3?

You need to complete all of the vidmaster achievements in H3 and ODST. I’m not sure if it’s still unlockable though.

I don’t think you can unlock Recon by Vidmasters, because it was Bungie thing.
Halo section on Bungie is dead so you simply can’t.

BS Angel replied to a guy on Twitter about this a few weeks ago and stated that Recon armour for HAlo 3 was no longer unlockable, no matter how many Vidmaster achievements were done.

Recon armour in Halo 3 is gone now, just like the blue flames in Halo Reach.
