I am posting this as a guide
If you are wounded you need to
-stay in cover
-wait for your shields to replenish
-if there is no cover either drop a bubble shield or regenerator in halo 3 or just run back
You will help the team win if you
-do not betray for power weapons
-only use the weapons that you know how to use
-focus on gaining skill with your AR, BR, and DMR
-br and dmr work well in alot of situations and should be used whenever possible the pistol should only ever be used if you are out of ammo (not including the ZB ce magnum) and in btb the AR is a secondary for a reason at long range it is useless and only use it in very close combat and for the use of a fallback weapon if you are out of ammo
-the hog is a combat vehicle that is made for quick troop movement and keeping the enemies heads down, it is not a mustang or ferreri so do not take it on joy rides by yourself
-there is strength in numbers stick with a teammate
-map control is the key to halo so camping at your spawn isn’t going to work
-stay in cover on the outside of the map becuase you are least likely to get killed or spotted by the enemy team,and on the outside of the map is a perfect spot to practice your BR and DMR aim on charging enemies in the middle
-use sensitivity 5 or 6 becuase at that sensitivety you can easily br dmr, snipe,rush,and shotgun your enemies
-never walk into a situation that has more enemies than team mates it is always good to play it safe until you get better at the game
-throwing a grenade in reach or a power drain in h3 always helps when you are attacking a room of enemies
-depending on your enemies weapon you can use certain tactics like: if you are being rushed by someone with a shotgun, AR, or any other close range weapon pull out your dmr or br and move backwards and away from the enemy and if your opponet is in a room with alot of protection taking out your teamates with a sniper or mid range weapon try to flank him and throw a grenade into the room to get an easy kill
This is my guide for now I hoped it helped I will be posting more tips so until then keep your hand on the controler your head up and a good weapon in your hands and give the enemy a reason to fear you noobies. Am I right marines!!!
