How to get all the weapon skins?

Hey there, Im SR 132 now I guess.
I unlocked everything that is possible with gold packs and now they give me RPs.

There are a lot emblems which I will unlock through commendations, thats sure.
But how can I obtain all the remaining weapon skins? There are around 10 left, also the eSports skins of EG, OG and so on.

Any clues would be nice.
